The Notification Letter was circulated on April 4, 2018 and UPM Academic Officer Promotion Criteria can be obtained through the website download page of the Registrar's office under the Promotion Section category.

Eligibility requirements:

  1. Accountant Assistant (PA)
  2. Financial administrative assistant)
  3. Members in the following scheme who carry out financial tasks and receive BITK RM40.00 per month:

-Purchase Tabdir (P / O)

-Skim other equivalent and lower service from PA, PT (Kew) and PT (P / O)

For your information, a fee of RM 50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Fifty Only Only) will apply to all candidates applying to sit for this examination, EXCEPT for first time applicants (to be borne by the Registrar's Office).

This examination will be conducted on July 24, 2019 (Wednesday), and the location will be announced later. The completed form must be submitted before April 19, 2019 (Friday) to the email address azzreen@upm.edu.my OR delivered to:
