Registrar's Office, Serdang - Skills course was organized by the Academic Professional Academy at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) last February 18 2020.

The Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills course is led by the speaker, Mr Nur Ramzan Rahim also located in the Golden Tongkat Room, Universiti Putra Malaysia Institute of Biosciences.

This skills course is aimed at developing the personality and concept of professional communication relationships as well as raising public awareness of the importance of good communication and interpersonal skills in developing the organization.

In addition, the objectives of the skills course include aspects of the communication process and its implications for management effectiveness as well as exposing participants to individual and group communication techniques.

A total of 46 participants participated in the course from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
