EXCELLENT WORK CULTURE, GREAT PERFORMANCE AND GREAT ORGANIZATION

SERDANG, June 3rd, 2026 – The Registrar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has 
organized a High Performance and Continuous Improvement Culture Course which took
place at the Innohub Centre, Putra Science Park.
The course organized by the Training Section, Registrar's Office was attended by UPM
staff and aimed to strengthen an excellent work culture and continuous improvement
practices among participants. This training program provided exposure to participants
on the importance of a high performance work culture in supporting the organization's
vision, mission and strategy.
Throughout the course, participants were exposed to various important aspects
including the formation of a positive, proactive and resilient mindset in facing
organizational challenges and changes. In addition, participants were also exposed
to the principles and practices of a high performance work culture which include
time management, teamwork, innovation and accountability.
This course also emphasizes the development of strategic and results-oriented
decision-making and problem-solving skills. In addition, participants are encouraged
to cultivate leadership attitudes and shared responsibility in an effort to strengthen
excellent work standards.Through the sharing of knowledge and experience by the
appointed speaker, namely Prof. Dr. Samsilah Roslan, Director of Putra Science Park,
participants were also encouraged to apply the values ​​of integrity, professionalism
and excellence in carrying out daily tasks to increase organizational productivity.
The organization of this course reflects the continuous commitment of the UPM
Registrar's Office in empowering the competencies of university staff as well
as supporting the agenda of developing quality and high-performance human capital
in line with the university's aspirations.
