Registrar's Office, Serdang - Training Section Human Resource Development Division has organized a Creative and Innovative Thinking Course on 21 to 22 September 2020. The course presented by Mr. Mohd Erfanishah Abdullah was held at the Seminar Hall of the Faculty of Engineering UPM. There are 4 main objectives of this course namely:
• Expose participants to the concept of creative thinking to trigger the potential of creativity for personal and organizational effectiveness.
• Describe the factors that influence creativity and innovation in the organization.
• To equip participants with creative thinking techniques for personal use and organizational excellence.
• Solve issues and problems in the workplace through a creative and innovative approach
This course was attended by a total of 37 participants from among the teaching and learning staff and Implementers.
