TIPS ON MANAGING STRESS
Going through our daily life routines, we uncertainly realize that our stress level might have increased; due to inevitable fast paced lifestyle of the modern world. If we failed to manage our stress, it leads to bad health effects such as reducing our immune system. Our body immune system protects us from diseases. Apply these healthy tips to help you to improve your immune system.
Proper nutrition can help us to face the challenges of everyday life. Eat well-balanced diet meal at proper time, so that we have enough energy to carry out our daily tasks. Ensure that your meals provide sufficient amounts with required nutrients of protein, vitamins B (B6 and B12), folic acid and minerals, as well as water.
Living a too ambitious life and doing something beyond our capability can also lead to stress. It is important for us to refrain ourselves from taking tasks beyond our ability to perform. Divide big errands into smaller tasks which could be completed in a shorter period of time and complete them one by one. Thus, it helps to ease our mind and body.
Our body needs sufficient rest after working for long period. Do not pass a week without getting enough rest and proper sleep by being too busy with duties and daily routines. Apply a short break after doing series of tough works. Enjoy your break by listening to music, having me-time (spending time alone) and relax your mind to serve us better in the long run period.
Being hardworking is good. As human however, we need supports from surround us. Spend time to do your preferred leisure activities with family and friends. This helps our mind to eliminate absurd worries, to build positive thinking when we return to work.
REMEMBER Stress can kill! It is important for us to control our precious life. Protect ourselves, take good care of our health by handling stress or life pressures properly.
