LATEST RULES REGARDING HOME WORK (BDR)

I respectfully refer to the decision of the Government that has issued

instructions to implement the Conditional Movement Control Order (PKPB) at

Sandakan, Papar, Tuaran (Sabah) and Klang effective 12.01 midnight

on October 9, 2020.

The UPM ERT Committee has considered this matter and agreed to
allowing UPM officers living in the area to Work From Home

(BDR) from 9 October 2020 until a date to be announced

then.

For cases where the directed school / kindergarten / nursery is closed or still
practicing rotation, officers can submit BDR application for

period of the child concerned can not attend the school / kindergarten / nursery concerned.

Accordingly, officers who need to work in BDR need to take action
as follows :-

(a) Fill in the Work Permission Form From Home During the Order Period

Rehabilitation Movement Control (PKPP) which can be obtained through the administrator

Responsibility Centers (PTJ) respectively.

(b) Obtain school confirmation (if applicable) and support from the Head

PTJ.

(c) Application for BDR work must be submitted for the Registrar's approval

after getting the support of the Head of PTJ.

The above resolution is effective immediately and depends on the circumstances
and Government decisions regarding PKPB from time to time.
