There is an improvement in the Registrar Office ISO documentation involving Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. One (1) document was amended and four (4) documents were dropped effective by February 07, 2020.

Referring to the document being dropped from a QMS System there is Two (2) documents that are still in use. Therefore, the document can be found on the Registrar's Office website in "Document Download" section as below:

Form of Cash Receipt Receipt Request Form for Management of the Dead - under the Medical and Employee Relations Section
Student Research Summary, Publication and Supervision Format - under the Human Resource Management Division document
