REPORTING BACK

  1. I am a TAM who has reported after graduation. Will I continue to be absorbed into the position as a permanent lecturer at the university?

No. If you have not been successfully graduated by the university senate in UA / IPTS, you are considered to have not yet graduated. TAM needs to apply to complete the application through the Faculty and forward the application to the Appointment Section. Any application for a permanent position depends on the vacancy in the staffing division of the Human Resources Division.

  2. Can I report to the faculty if I have not submitted my thesis and am still writing while my study deadline is over?
    • Yes, for permanent officers. Officers need to complete the self-report form along with supporting documents related to the latest study status.
    • Not for TAM because TAM needs to report after receiving the senate letter / scroll / transcript. If the document cannot be submitted, then TAM will need to apply for an extension of the study period.

  3. If I graduate earlier than the deadline approved by the MOE, do I have to report back or do I have to wait for the deadline to expire?

Officers who successfully complete their studies earlier than the expiration of the study leave must continue to report immediately without waiting for the expiration date of the approved study leave.
