SERVICES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL SECTION

Introduction

The Administration and Finance Section is a key component in the structure of Registrar Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) which is responsible for all matters related to governance within the Registrar Office.

 

Functions of Administration and Finance Section

This section functions as follows: 

  1. Manage administrative and financial matters of Registrar Office.
  2. Process allowance payments for Principal University Officers and officers holding administrative positions.
  3. Manage transport reservations for official duties.
  4. Manage correspondence of Registrar Office and UPM Postal Unit.
  5. Secretarial management of Registrar Office Quality Management Systems (QMS, ISMS, SKPP, U-Response system).
  6. Manage the e-Stok system and store management of Registrar Office.
  7. Secretariat for Registrar Office Management Meeting.
  8. Managing the booking of Serdang Briefing Hall, Serdang Briefing Hall Foyer and Board Room in UPM's Putra Chancellery Building.
  9. Supervise and monitor all matters regarding the maintenance / overhaul of equipment and infrastructure of Registrar Office.
  10. Manage the content of Registrar Office's website.
  11. Coordinate the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) practice in Registrar Office.
