Introduction
The Remuneration and Performance Section is part of the structure of the Human Resource Services Division, Registrar Office which plays roles in managing Remuneration, Performance and Allowances for Universiti Putra Malaysia staff covering the Serdang Campus and the Bintulu Campus.
Functions of Remuneration and Appraisal Section
The function of this section covers the following scope:
1. Remuneration Management:

2. Appraisal Management:

i. Service Circular Number 2 of 2009: Strengthening the Management of Public Service Officer Performance Evaluation System.
ii. Service Circular Number 4 of 2002: Implementation of the Malaysian Remuneration System for Federal Civil Service Members, Appendix A2 - Implementation Guide for the Performance Evaluation System of Public Service Officers.
3. Allowance Management
a) Manage applications for non-fixed allowances and incentive payments to qualified UPM staff.
b) List of non-fixed allowances such as:
