Introduction
The Intervention Services Section is one of components in the structure of Human Resource Services Division, Registrar Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Functions of Intervention Services Section
This section plays a role in the following areas of responsibility:
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor the Enforcement of UPM Exit Policies in accordance with procedures established under Service Circular No. 7, 2015.
- Conduct periodically UPM Exit Policy Workshops.
- Arrange and execute programmes or talks on professional development and interventions for UPM employees and the Community.
- Carry out Credit Management Workshops or Consultations for specific target group and can be opened to all UPM staff as well.
- Execute the Psychological Wellness Index screening for a specific target group such as staff applying for transfer to other PTJ / disciplinary cases / cases referred by the Faculty.
- Providing consulting services in the form of psychotherapy and professionally counseling interventions for staff who are referred or volunteered.
