Study Leave

Introduction

The Study Leave Section is part of the structure of the Human Resource Development Division, Registrar Office which is responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating lifelong learning programs in order to align with the need to create knowledgeable and innovative staff, initiatives to increase the number of staff with Ph.D qualifications in Universiti Putra Malaysia which includes Serdang campus and Bintulu campus. This is also in line with the University's planning in the implementation of the University's Succession Plan Policy.

Functions of Study Leave Section

The function of this section covers the following scope:

  1. Staff Study Leave (Academic / Non Academic);
  2. Sabatical Leave;
  3. Post-Doctoral Training;
  4. Research Training;
  5. Sub-Specialist Training;
  6. The affairs of the Youth Academic Power Grants (TAM) Application and Offering;
  7. Study Leave Scholarship and Allowances;
  8. Cost Of Living Assistance (COLA) and Other Allowances
