Section of Integrity
The Integrity Section is part of structure in Division of Governance and Integrity, Registrar Office which plays a role in:
- Governance – ensuring the best governance is implemented;
- Strengthening Integrity – ensuring the culture, institutionalization and implementation of integrity in the organization;
- Tracking and Verification:
- Verify complaints of criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken
- Report criminal misconduct to the responsible enforcement agency
- Complaint Management – Receive and take action on all complaints / information about criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics;
- Compliance – Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and
- Disciplinary – Performs secretarial functions of the Disciplinary Board.
