Section of Integrity

The Integrity Section is part of structure in Division of Governance and Integrity, Registrar Office which plays a role in:

1. Governance – ensuring the best governance is implemented;
2. Strengthening Integrity – ensuring the culture, institutionalization and implementation of integrity in the organization;
3. Tracking and Verification:
   • Verify complaints of criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken
   • Report criminal misconduct to the responsible enforcement agency
4. Complaint Management – Receive and take action on all complaints / information about criminal misconduct and violations of the organization's code of conduct and ethics;
5. Compliance – Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and
6. Disciplinary – Performs secretarial functions of the Disciplinary Board.
