Registrar's Office, Serdang - Effective Counter Service Course was held for 1 day on 23 September 2020 at the Faculty of Human Ecology UPM. The program conducted by the Training Section of the Registrar's Office involves a total of 48 participants which consists of the Implementing Group. The program was implemented for 1 day starting from 8.30 am and ending at 4.30 pm conducted by Ms. Norzaina Darus from the Office of Corporate Strategy and Communications (CoSComm).
The objective of this program is to explain the concept of effective counter service, demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication, demonstrate a positive attitude and professional treatment to customers and organize and organize a customer-friendly counter environment.
