1. I have a problem with supervisors abroad. Can I change University studies but stay abroad?
   

   All rules regarding the change of university of study are explained in the Study Leave Guidelines and Rules. Application for change of university of study must be sent to the Study Leave Section immediately by forwarding the following documents:

   • New University Offer Letter;
   • Letter of Justification for university exchange application;
   • New supervisor biodata;
   • Research proposal;
   • Gantt latest study chart; and
   • Progress Report (if the officer continues the research results made at the original university)

   The decision of the application is subject to the decision of the Scholarship and Study Leave Committee (JKBCB) Meeting.

     

2. I am having problems with supervisors and University studies. Can I change the University of foreign studies to the University of domestic studies?

   Can be considered if the officer has strong justification. The application process can refer to the answer to question 18.1.

   However, it should be noted that if the officer is under the sponsorship of the MOE, the application for exchange of university of study will only be considered if it occurs before the second year ends.
