What is the method of monitoring the Officer / TAM who is on study leave?

The Study Leave Section will forward a reminder email every month to the Officer / TAM who is on study leave. Officers / TAM must ensure that the email address is always updated and provide immediate feedback for each reminder email that has been sent by the Study Leave Section.
