INTERVENTION SERVICES

FUNCTIONS OF THE INTERVENTION SERVICE SECTION

 

  1. Plan, Coordinate, Implement and Monitor the Enforcement of UPM Exit Policies in accordance with the procedures established under Service Circular No. 7, 2015.

  2. Carryout a periodically UPM Exit Policy Workshop.

  3. Plan and implement programs or talks on professional development and intervention for UPM employees.

  4. Conducting Credit Management Workshops or Consultations for a specific target groups but it is open to all UPM staff.

  5. Implement the Psychological Wellness Index screening for a specific target group such as Staff applying for PTJ transfer / Disciplinary cases / cases referred by the Faculty.

  6. Providing consulting services in the form of psychotherapy and counseling interventions for professionals to staff who are referred or volunteered.
