Introduction

Section is responsible for the planning, establishment of Human Resources, Lean Management and Human Resource Information Management.

 

Function/Role

  1. Human Resource planning;
  2. Planning, drafting, reviewing and managing restructuring/ strengthening/ improvement of the structure of the Faculty/ Department/ Institute / Centre;
  3. Provides reviews and recommends designation application Faculty/ Department/ Institute/ Centre to the Ministry of Education / Department of Public Service;
  4. Warrant management and staffing review;
  5. Managing HR Planning in the Faculty/ Department/ Institute/ Centre;
  6. Implementation and monitoring of Lean management at UPM;
  7. Managing incoming and outgoing staff loans;
  8. Managing placement and staff exchange;
  9. Monitor and ensure the operation of HRMIS, eIHRAMSdan SISMAN;
  10. Optimizing application of eIHRAMS dan SISMAN;
  11. Monitor and ensure data management and human resource information is accurate and up to date;
  12. Implementation of Lean Management at UPM;
