Introduction
Section is responsible for the planning, establishment of Human Resources, Lean Management and Human Resource Information Management.
Function/Role
- Human Resource planning;
- Planning, drafting, reviewing and managing restructuring/ strengthening/ improvement of the structure of the Faculty/ Department/ Institute / Centre;
- Provides reviews and recommends designation application Faculty/ Department/ Institute/ Centre to the Ministry of Education / Department of Public Service;
- Warrant management and staffing review;
- Managing HR Planning in the Faculty/ Department/ Institute/ Centre;
- Implementation and monitoring of Lean management at UPM;
- Managing incoming and outgoing staff loans;
- Managing placement and staff exchange;
- Monitor and ensure the operation of HRMIS, eIHRAMSdan SISMAN;
- Optimizing application of eIHRAMS dan SISMAN;
- Monitor and ensure data management and human resource information is accurate and up to date;
- Implementation of Lean Management at UPM;
