Introduction

This section functions as follows: 

  1. to manage finance and administration of the Registrar’s Office 
  2. to process allowance payment for University Main Officers and officers who hold administration positions 
  3. to manage transportation booking for official duties
  4. to manage letters of the Registrar’s Office and UPM Post Unit
  5. secretariat for Quality Management System of the Registrar’s Office (QMS, ISMS, SKPP, U-Respons system)
  6. to manage E-Stock and store management of the Registrar’s Office
  7. secretariat for the Registrar’s Office Management Meeting
  8. to manage booking of Serdang Briefing Hall, Serdang Briefing Hall Foyer and Board Room 
  9. to supervise and monitor all matters regarding maintenance/overhaul equipments and infrastructure of the Registrar’s Office 
  10. to manage website contents of the Registrar’s Office
  11. to coordinate the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem practice of the Registrar’s Office
