Event Summary
The One Hundred and Forty (142) University Board of Directors' Meeting will be held on April 7, 2020 (Tuesday).

For the purpose of preparing the paperwork, a total of twenty (20) hardcopy for the Appendix and one (1) softcopy of the completed paperwork must be submitted to the Meeting Secretariat. For the paperwork pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Agreement and the Contract should be submitted to the Legal Advisor's Office.

For the review booklet and curriculum offering only two (2) hardcopy copies must be submitted. As a reminder, all papers submitted must have the full approval of the Vice-Chancellor of the University, the Senate, the University Management Committee or any other relevant party. Please make sure that hardcopy paper and check bookings are not sent using staples.

All papers for the purpose of consideration and approval of the University Board of Directors are to be submitted by March 20, 2020 (Friday). Any papers submitted by that date will only be considered at future meetings. The completed paper needs to be submitted to:
