SELANGOR, May 23 - The Registrar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has won the Special Award Category Creanova Lean 2017 held on May 19th. The award was organized by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) and was held at Grand Blue Wave Hotel, Shah Alam recently.
The Registrar's Office was represented by Ms Siti Ima Munirah binti Ahmad as the Lean project group leader presented the Lean project titled Procedure for Provision of Staff Data for the Purpose of Annual Staff Salary Movement at UPM.
Winners received cash amounting to RM1,000.00, trophies and certificates delivered by YBhg. Dato 'Mohd. Razali bin Hussin, Director General of Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Creanova Lean is an organized event (MPC) as a platform for sharing experiences and results from the implementation of LEAN projects as well as recognizing LEAN projects that have been successfully implemented in government agencies and private companies throughout Malaysia.
The competition participated by 30 agencies from the private sector and the government also recognized the Best Project Award and the Best Kaizen Award.
