The Succession Planning Section of the Registrar's Office held a Strategic Leadership Course with a total of 92 participants comprising the UPM Leadership Talent Groups (Academic and Non-Academic Groups Group) Grade 48 and above. The invited speakers are experts at the Executive Leadership and Development Cluster, INTAN Bukit Kiara, En. Muhammad Nazim bin. Abd. Rahman, Deputy Head of Cluster (M54). Among the objectives of the course are as below:

a) Explain strategic leadership in achieving personal and organizational career goals

b) Adapt, understand the theory and practice of strategic leadership within the organization

c) The best method of strategic building in individual leadership towards personal and organizational gains
