Monday, September 3, 2018 - On 30 August 2018, the Registrar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia successfully conducted a cross-examine with the Language Competence Center (CALC) as Internal Auditor. The audit is aimed at meeting one of the scores required for the UPM 5S Quality Environment Award at the stage and in preparation for the actual audit to be conducted before the Service Quality and Innovation Awards (HKIP) Day celebration which will take place in October 2018.

The findings from the Cross Audit, the Registrar's Office, have earned a score of 89.32%.

Alhamdulillah, congratulations and thanks to all the staff who have taken the initiative in the success of 5S Practices at the Registrar's Office. This shows that all staff are able to cultivate 5S in their respective places. The excellent working environment with a neat environment is expected to improve the quality of our work. It is hoped that this culture will continue not only during the audit.

Thank you to the auditors who are trying to finish their audits despite being busy with work constraints.
