Serdang, August 15 - In conjunction with Best University Records Management Award, Universiti Putra Malaysia will encounter Records Management Audit by Malaysian National Archives on August 24 and August 25, 2016 respectively on Wednesday and Thursday.

There are four centers to be audited that is Registrar Office, Admission and Academic Governance Division, Division of Student Affairs and Faculty of Education. Records Management Audit objectives was to ensure that the Malaysian Public Universities implement records management activities in accordance with the Act and circulars issued by the National Archives.

All Deputy Records Department (TRRJ) and Administrative Assistant Records Department (PTRJ) across all responsibility centers involved are to be ready on that date run. Any questions can contact directly to the Human Resources Services Division, Office of the Registrar.
