Serdang, June 19 - The registrar has implemented the 5S Activity program every week on Friday from June 2, 2017.

The program is to create a 5S culture among registrar's office staff in carrying out their daily tasks. The program will be started in stages consisting of side, stacking, sweeping, uniform and lastly practicing 5S.

Objective 5S The Registrar's Office is to ensure:

1. Supports paper-saving efforts with lower consumption than ever before.
2. Supports electricity-saving efforts by 10% over the previous year.
3. Improving staff awareness and understanding through self-assessment.
4. Ensure efficient stationery storage management by acquiring 100% through annual store verification.
5. Promotes activities towards green environments and green practices.

therefore, in August 2017 the registrar's office will hold a Personal Audit activity to measure and evaluate the 5S practices that have been implemented by each division and staff of the registrar's office.
