DECISION REVIEW 5s AUDIT ON REGISTERED OFFICE

As a matter of fact, the Registrar's Office has faced Self-Review (Cross-Audit between PTJs) on August 30, 2018 (Thursday).  At the same time, the 5S Audit Committee of the Registrar's Office has also made self-review on all personal space, office space and sharing space of the Registrar's Office.

The total scores obtained by the Registrar Office are as follows:

The audit findings show there are some area that can and need to be improved and hopefully this commitment will be done continuously by 5s Committee of the Registrar's Office. Lastly, thank you for the commitment and cooperation provided by all registrars.
