Information Security Management System (ISMS) 27001: 2013:
1 - Clear Screen policy & Clear Desk policy
Users are not allowed to leave sensitive sensitive material either on the desk (Clear Desk Policy) or on the screen display (Clear Screen Policy) when the user is not in place. Things to keep in mind are:
i - Password screen saver or logout facility should be practiced when leaving the computer
ii- The sensitive material should be stored in a locked cabinet drawer or cabinet
2- Password management decision
i- Users need to create passwords of not less than eight (8) characters in length with a combination of letters and numbers (alphanumeric) and special characters.
ii- Users are encouraged to change their password with a frequency of at least every three months so it's difficult to guess randomly and manipulated.
