NO. CLIENT’S CHARTER SCOPE
1. The successful candidate will get the offer letter within 10 working days after the minutes of the Appointing Authority received Appointment
2. Candidate for Non-Academic Management and Professional Group Officers and Executing Group Officers who have successfully received the letter of offer within 14 working days after the minutes of the Appointing Authority (PBM) are accepted. Appointment
3. Career Promotion decision notified to the success applicant no later than 10 working days after the Minutes of Management Committee (JPU) received or direction from the Authority of the University (PBU). Promotion
4. Issuing the results of study leave application to the candidate not more than 10 working days after Study Leave Committee / KPT approval Study Leave
5. Issuing the results for the provision of training not more than 7 working days (for application in the country) and 20 days (for external application) after receiving a complete application. Training
6. Released the results of 'Program Transformasi Minda' toparticipants within 7 working days after the last date ofreceiving the approval of the 'Panel Penilai Program Transformasi Minda' Training
7. Issuing the confirmation of service letter to the staff within 10 working days after approval of the Registrar Confirmation of Service
8. Ensure that the status of medical claims (under 1000.00) notified to the applicant within 8 working days after receiving a complete application Medical
