Subject to the Constitution of Universiti Putra Malaysia, the Registrar's Office is responsible for the aspects of managing matters related to human resources and public administration at the University, responsible for the matters relating to the appointment, powers, duties, remuneration and conditions to the employees of the University, responsible for the matters related to security and general administration of the University such as gevernance and issue circular about the administration, responsible for all legal affairs involving the interests of the University, and perform any other function as necessary in the proper manner for carrying out tasks under the Constitution, Statutes, Rules and Regulation
